" MARLEEN - Interior "

The elegant (semi-customised or customised) design of the interior is kept timeless and has satisfyingly clear lines. The interior finish is of light marine ply with 1A teak veneer, even the surfaces that are not directly visible being veneered.

All of the decks are covered with white Skylon. The floors with light join inserts are provided with high quality teak bilges and finished with matt varnish.

The suite in the salon amidships accommodates up to eight people. From here it is just a few steps to the conveniently equipped pantry to starboard.

The owner has his own personal area with two berths and a sofa in the stern. The whole width of the hull is used for this.

What cannot be seen at first glance:

Electrical windlasses make the sailing easier to handle. Wide gangboards provide lots of elbow room.

Hot water heating and tanks for 1,400 litres of fuel and 1,400 litres of drinking water show that the ship is designed for long trips.

As well as the anchor winch, gangway and removable swimming platform the navigation equipment contributes to considerable safety.

With a Furuno radar, weather fax and AIS class B transponders there is nothing lacking here either.

An exterior steering station with instruments allows the helmsman a complete overview and the autopilot allows him to take a breather. There is a 5 kW bow thruster to make mooring easier.

Whether you are on a long journey, anchored in a quiet bay, or are taking a varied trip along canals and rivers, “FY MARLEEN II” keeps all her promises..
